Thank you for registering your teams. We have a great turn out for summer season in each night / league, so we’ll have the following leagues.

• Monday – Open B – Opening night 7/13
• Tuesday – Mixed Rec – Opening night 7/14
• Wednesday – Open C – Opening night 7/15
• Thursday – Open A – Opening night 7/16

The cost is $350 per team for the season. Captains pay the league fee and collect payments from their players however they wish. Here are the payment options in order of preference by the league:

There are few options for rostering this season as follows. Regardless of rostering method used, all players must sign the waiver prior to playing a game in the league. Note: if players already signed the waiver spring season, it is good for the this season as well, but they must still be on a roster to participate.

• We have a new web app for captains to monitor their roster waiver status. You must create a log in or use magic link if you haven’t already, and then the board will need to assign you as a captain to your team to monitor. This will check against our Zeffy waiver list by BEMSID for employees and name for people without BEMSIDS. Note that it isn’t auto-synced with Zeffy so there may be a lag in status until we update the latest export. Link to app: https://beesarosters.netlify.app/
  • Captains can roll over rosters from last season in there to save some time, otherwise you can upload your roster or just send it to the board and I’ll upload it.

Options for submitting the roster:

1. If doing only digital waivers or players that already signed last season (highly preferred by board) fill out this file and send to the board or upload to the app Excel Version (for digital waiver signing)
2. Manually add members via rollover or adding individually on the web app
3. If doing hand signatures, use the pdf copy here: Printable PDF Version (for hand signatures of waiver) print it out, then turn in at captains meeting or at first game. Note, additional players with hand signatures added during the season will require you to submit another file as needed.

League schedules have been published, but Open C will be revised since a team pulled out. Captains wil be notified when it has been updated.
